Facebook is the most popular social networking site, and almost all of the devices nowadays have its own Facebook mobile app. In BackBerry Q10, once you sign in to the Facebook app, you will begin to receive notification on your Facebook account. It will automatically appear in the BlackBerry Hub.
If you don't want to receive these notifications on your BlackBerry Q10, you just need to change your settings:
1. On the Home Screen, swipe down from the top of the screen.
2. Tap on Settings or Gear Icon.
3. Select Accounts, then Facebook.
4. If you don't want to receive notifications, set the Enable Notifications to Off.
If you don't want to receive your Facebook messages, set the Sync Messages to Off.
Set the Sync Events to Off, to stop adding Facebook events to the Calendar app.
To change Facebook friends birthdays, tap the Birthday Reminder drop-down list.
5. Then tap Save to apply the changes.
If you don't want to receive these notifications on your BlackBerry Q10, you just need to change your settings:
